At least in one sense, LeBron James has now lived up to one of his nicknames — The King.
As in, James became The King among all NBA scorers when he broke Kareem Abdul-Jabbar’s record when he hit a fadeaway jumper for the 38,387th and 38,388th point of his legendary career on February 7.
Predictably, there has been a lot of action on James’ basketball cards leading up to and since his record-breaker.
But how do LeBron’s cards stack up against is fellow big scorers? Are they overpriced? Underpriced? Just right?
And does it even matter?
Well, it matters for sure if you’re looking for relative bargains among the big boomers.
And, as for James’ cards in particular, we can at least take a shot (pun intended) at an answer.
