Last month, we saw Mickey Mantle and Nolan Ryan make a little old-school noise in our rundown of the most expensive raw baseball cards sold on eBay during May of 2025. All in all, though, the 21st century — and Shohei Ohtani, in particular — still dominated our decade-by-decade breakdown.

But what about June? With spring giving way to summer, could the old guys make up any ground on today’s current hobby stars? Or would the day-to-day spotlight drive cards from the 2020s further out of the reach of the decades that came before?
