As we’ve seen in recent months, including last month, the top of the raw card heap is typically dominated by newer cards. To wit, 23 cards on the list of September’s top sellers were issued this century, while just 21 were issued prior to 2000.

And the picture was even more lopsided when you consider that the 1950s accounted for nearly half (10) of those 20th century entries.

So, would October bring more of the same?
