October is a glorious month all the way around.

Not only do we get fall colors and Halloween-y things that go bump in the night, but we also get the baseball playoffs, midseason football, the NBA, and the NHL.

And, since October is a long month, we also get an extra Monday to dig into some hobby market goodies.

So this time around, we’ll take a look at the most expensive raw (ungraded) football card sold on eBay during September 2023.

Now, if you’ve read last week’s piece on raw baseball cards, you’ll know that big sellers among ungraded diamond gems tend to congregate around the early and recent years of the hobby, with not much in between.
